Estee Lauder Lip Gloss Product Reviews
After wearing a nude lip for several months it was time for a change for the new season. Uncertain which colors I would prefer, I decided to go with three different shades of Estee’s Award-Winning Glosses; Pink Kiss which has a slight pink shimmer tint, Shocking Pink which is a hot pink that applies as a mild pink tint, and Plum Divine which is a deeper shimmering plum shade.
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.”
Use and Application
The applicator brush allows you to easily swipe the gloss over the lips, going on substantially with one coat. The Pink Kiss works perfectly as an everyday gloss that has a slight shimmer and just a hint of color. The Shocking Pink provides more of a pop that works well on the weekends, and the Plum Divine provides a bold look that works perfectly for a night out on the town.
Surprisingly the gloss lasts for several hours without requiring re-application. I always applied a lip balm under the gloss to moisturize the skin and extend the overall wear of the Estee Lauder Lip Gloss, and re-application was needed after snacks and meals.
Results and Final Thoughts
I appreciate that Estee Lauder offers so many different colors of their Estee lauder lip gloss products. Often with other lines, you only have a few color choices to select from, but Estee has a broad spectrum that allows you to purchase exactly what you are looking for. At a cost of $20 per tube, this is an affordable price that gives you over a month of wear when worn daily.
